We also provide extra value with our flexible rental terms. For rentals under 30 days, you won’t be charged for Saturdays or Sundays if the equipment is in transit with Fedex or UPS. For example, if we ship on a Friday for a Monday delivery, you’ll only be billed for Friday and Monday—not the weekend. The same applies when shipping back.

New Customer Information
Insurance Information:
Before renting for the first time, all new customers must contact their insurance agent and have them send a certificate of insurance stating their coverage for rentals. This is often referred to as an Inland Marine Policy. In addition, Geophysical Equipment Rental LLC and K. D. Jones Instrument Corp. must be listed as “Additional Insured” and the “Loss Payee.” Please send these documents to Rent@GeophysicalEquipmentRental.com. While we wait to confirm a renter has acceptable insurance coverage, one can continue the rental process by filling out the contact information found on the Request Geophysical Equipment page.
